Growthpoint’s new mixed use building in Umhlanga New Town Centre has been awarded a 4 Star Greenstar As-built rating achieving 57 points. This is the ninth building in South Africa to have received an As-built Greenstar rating.

Now completed, Kainon School in Westville, KZN, has filled its new classrooms reaching a pupil population of 100 scholars. The complex has been exceptionally well received by the community and the teachers, offering a state of the art primary school campus complete with full sporting facilities
the boulevard
EPA has been commissioned to design a 10 000sqm mixed use complex in Umhlanga for Growthpoint. Cited as a new precinct landmark, The Boulevard will be a Greenstar rated retail and office development which promises to deliver a powerful presence in the area.
